SHIPPING

XperTech Sportbike Accessories generally uses Canada Post and UPS as its main carrier. In special circumstances Canpar, Purolator, and FedEx are also available. A confirmation of shipping costs will be e-mailed to you prior to shipping. Although we strive for fast service we believe in making promises we can keep about delivery times. Since some of our products are special orders (imported from Europe), we estimate three to five weeks for delivery within Canada (and often can beat that!). Items that we regularly stock (i.e. Speedohealer, GIpro, Sato & KettenMax), usually only take up to 10 business days for delivery within Canada. Obviously if you live in a remote area or for international orders you'll need to allow for slightly more time. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier or in the event of product back-orders. We guarantee that we will do our best to get your product delivered as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

For all shipments, a confirmation of total costs will be e-mailed prior to delivery. All Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return, warranty or exchange.

NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD REGARDLESS OF DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU MAY HAVE SUPPLIED.

SHIPPING METHOD  * XperTech reserves the right to adjust shipping method at our discretion. We generally send smaller items via Canada Post - XpressPost or Expedited Parcel and larger items UPS. Outside Canada we only ship Standard Canada Post to avoid brokerage fees.

CANADA

Canada Post or UPS (Standard)      - we generally charge $12.00 to $15.00 for shipping within Canada. ($ value insured)

USA

Canada Post (most orders UNDER 2 lbs)    - for LOW cost delivery see order-checkout options for shipping within USA, ($ value insured)

Canada Post  (orders OVER 2 lbs)    - for larger packages we generally charge ONLY $25.00 for shipping within USA, ($ value insured)

WESTERN EUROPE

Small Air Packet (most orders UNDER 2 Kg)  - we generally charge $30.00 for smaller orders, ($ value insured)

Large Air Packet (most ordersOVER 2 Kg) - we will send out a confirmation email outlining exact shipping cost for YOUR APPROVAL !

OTHER COUNTRIES

Canada Post  (Insured)   - we will send out a confirmation email outlining exact shipping cost for YOUR APPROVAL !

TERMS

We accept payment by VISA and Mastercard providing the following conditions are met:

1. The cardholder is making the purchase and having the item shipped to the credit card billing address.
2. The information supplied matches the criteria used in our security check with the issuing credit card company. Our security procedures are thorough to protect our interests and our customers security as well.

We accept payment by PayPal but you must contact us in person. (include complete shipping address)

We accept payment by Bank Transfer but you must contact us in person.

Upon receipt of your order you will be advised of availability and final cost. ALL CHARGES ARE PLACED AT TIME OF ORDER, unless otherwise specified. Brokerage and customs fee's may apply for customers outside Canada and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGE RATES AND PRODUCT PRICING

We reserve the right to change any price or item listed without prior notice. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. is not responsible for manufacturers design changes and will not be held liable for products that do not match the photos shown on our site. Products depicted on our website may not be exactly as shown. Some photos for reference only.

TAXES  

The amount of tax charged depends on the destination of the shipment. All items shipped to destinations in Canada are subject to Canadian Goods and Services Tax ("GST") at 5%. In addition, the following Provincial Sales Tax ("PST") or Harmonized Sales Tax ("HST") might apply, depending on the item and the destination of the shipment:

• Nova Scotia:  HST at 15% (including GST portion)
• New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Ontario: HST at 13% (including GST portion)
• British Columbia:  HST at 12% (including GST portion)
• Manitoba: PST at 7%

International orders, will not be charged taxes by us. However brokerage and customs fee's may apply for customers outside Canada and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you are Native Canadian and, therefore, tax-exempt, simply mail or fax us a photocopy of your tax-exempt card. We will adjust your account to ensure you are not charged sales tax on your purchase.

SPECIAL ORDERS

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (SUCH AS POWER COMMANDER'S) CANNOT BE CANCELED OR RETURNED, ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

SHIPPING CLAIMS

All orders are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts to deliver a damaged package. Damage occurring in transit must be reported to the carrier. All responsibility for damage or shortages after leaving our shipping facility lies with the carrier service and not XperTech SportBike Accessories Inc. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT BACK TO US, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PACKAGES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.
We will gladly assist you with filing a claim. When in Stock, we will promptly replace lost or damaged merchandise as soon as we receive a claim refund from the carrier or the part is returned to us in 100% condition. Please understand it is your responsibility to secure the package when the driver delivers to your address. LOSS AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE COVERED. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

PART INSTALLATION AND FITMENT POLICY

It is important that you order the right part for the job you are undertaking. Since we have no control over how the part we sell is used, it will be up to the purchaser to make sure that the correct part is chosen for the job and the correct installation is applied. Motorcycles can be dangerous. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. has no control over the use of any part. Buyer fully understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied; due to the fact that most body kits are made of 100% fiberglass. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking) or act of nature. Buyer understands that all body kits may need modifications for correct fitment, removal of factory lights/body work, shaving, molding, etc. We recommend you have a skilled body shop technician install and paint any body kit for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality work performed. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. , therefore, expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use, and maintenance of any part.

All trademarks or words denoting any motorcycle, models, motorcycles, or numbers are intended for use as reference only. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from design and manufacture and testing of its products and we accept no liability for such damages. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.

NOTE: Each manufacturer has their own warranty policies. Any defect or repair return will require an exchange or repair return with the manufacturer. All claims under warranty must be made to the original manufacturer, to which we will gladly assist you. For further warranty information, please see documentation from the manufacturer of your product.

Some items in on our website may not be legal for use in Canada. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. does sell some performance products that are intended for racing vehicles only and are not applicable for use on pollution-controlled street/highway vehicles. The use of products obtained from XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. is at the sole discretion of the purchaser.

The purchaser of any product from XperTech Sportbike Accessories releases XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. from all liabilities as to the use of those products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any motorcycle or apparel may increase the risk of injury or accident and may also render the motorcycle illegal for public road use.

 RETURN AND CANCELATION POLICY

Claims, product returns, and/or incorrect orders or shipments must be addressed as follows:                                                   

PACKAGE DAMAGE/LOSS                                                                                                                                                    
Parts lost or damaged in shipment are not the responsibility of XperTech Sportbike Accessories. If your part(s) are damaged or lost during shipment, you must contact the delivery carrier and file a claim within 24 hours. For packages damaged during shipment, save the box and packaging materials until the package can be inspected by the carrier.

RETURNS:

Many of our products are "Special Orders", (even if not listed as such on our web-site) and are therefore "Final Sales". We do hope you understand that when dealing with imported products and the constantly fluctuating exchange rate, this is the only possible way to structure a business of our nature. All products sold to our dealers and re-sellers are "FINAL" and we will not accept returns or refunds, exchanges only for defective product and within 7 days of receipt of shipment (RAN REQUIRED). In the event that your product qualifies for a return please contact us for pre-approval and RAN Authorization at: sales@XTSportbikeAccessories.com

Merchandise may not be returned to XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc., unless purchased directly from XperTech Sportbike Accessories. Proof of purchase is required. NO RETURNS if the item does not have all original packaging in 100% resalable condition. Request to return product must be arranged within 7 days of the delivery date and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee and all freight charges. Installed parts are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR RETURNED, ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT OR REFUNDS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS! All other order cancelations are subject to an additional 3% administrative fee. Returns will not be accepted without pre-authorization from XperTech. Contact XperTech for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clearly mark the number on the outside of the package. Packages without a RAN will be refused. Parts must be packaged carefully to prevent damage. Customer is responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging. Shipments will not be accepted freight collect. XperTech Sportbike Accessories Inc. is not responsible for freight charges in returns. Return claims will be subject to exchange only. We suggest returns be shipped in a manner that provides the shipper with tracking ability so receipt can be verified.
