Unfortunately we do experience shipping delays at times, especially during our peek summer sales period.  Being a rather small company, we do however try our best to have products to you within 2 weeks (within Canada) and maintain your trust and valued business.

ORDER TRACKING & STATUS INQUIRES

We generally reply ONLY to e-mail and ask you to please give us 14 days before contacting us about your order. We generally DO NOT send tracking info on your package but will definitely contact you if there was a delay or back-order on your order.

Attention Dealers, being firstly an importer/distributor we prioritize all your orders. We do however ask that you also send us an email regarding product info, general questions and dealer pricing. All our Canadian MSRP's can be found on this web-site.
