We thank you for visiting and purchasing off our web-site. Unfortunately we do experience shipping delays at times, especially during our peek summer sales period.  Being a rather small company, we do however try our best to have products to you within 2 weeks and often within one week. 

We generally reply ONLY to e-mail and ask you to please give us 14 days before contacting us about the arrival of your order. We DO NOT send tracking info except for larger orders, but will definitely contact you if there was a delay or back-order on your purchase.

Attention Dealers, being foremost an importer/distributor we prioritize all your orders. We do however ask that you also send us an e-mail regarding product info, general questions and dealer pricing. For Purchase Orders please alsoe-mail us or send us a FAX at  (613-384-4409). All our MSRP's can be found on this web-site, and your respective dealer costs are supplied upon completing our dealer application !
